Thigh Lift

Thigh lift surgery is performed when the thigh skin is very flaccid or sagging. In a medical consultation, Dr. Martinez evaluates whether this procedure is necessary. If much fat is deposited in the inner thigh area, liposuction may be performed together or prior to the lift.

A groin incision is made, which can sometimes extend into the infra gluteal crease, then skin and fat are removed en bloc and an upper vertical traction is performed.

This procedure significantly improves the contour of the thigh.
