Bichectomy
Bichectomy consists of an intraoral incision through the buccinator muscle to open the Bichat’s fat pad and remove the fat. This procedure lasts 20 minutes under local anesthesia. When these fat pads are removed, cheeks look slightly sunken, resulting in a slimmer and more attractive look.
